1. Are the multitudes mentioned in verse 19 the same as those in verses 11, 14, and 18?








2. What arguments could the Jews have used to win over the multitudes to the point of killing the man they had just worshipped?

5. Read Gal. 4:8-16. Describe the heart of Paul as he gets up and reenters the city and then goes on to the next.












6. Read 2 Cor 12:9-10. Paul's philosophy for strengthening the souls of the disciples was not glamorous. Why is the witness of Paul so much stronger than what we see in most church leadership today?








7. Describe who the "elder" is and what they do according to scripture.













8. Did Paul have authority over the elders, or was it the opposite? And how does this order look in the church today with our missionaries?












9. Should missionaries be sent out from our own church?
