I. The Perfect Storm (verses 13-26)
(a) Can you think of times when you had to make an important
decision and used external circumstances for guidance even though you knew they
were wrong?
(b) Would what is described in verse 13 be one of those bad
decision times for Paul and for the men with him?
(c) What had Paul warned them about back in verses 9-12?
(d) Describe what a Euroclydon was like?
(e) Was Paul wrong in rebuking the men in verse 21?
(f) Was what Paul was saying in verses 21-26 contrary to what he
said in verse 10?
II. The Shipwreck (verses 27-44)
(a) What verse or phrase tells us that the centurion and
soldiers now believed Paul?
(b) Was this shipwreck preventable?
(c) Just as God was working providentially in Paul and those
with him, can you see Him working in your life today?
