1. After reading John chapter 15, try and list as many
promises as you can that are for believers.
2. In verse 2, Jesus talks about branches and fruit.
(a) What happens to the branches that do not bear fruit?
(b) What would the fruit be in the context?
3. Jesus in verse 4 tells His disciples to abide in Him.
How would they abide, and how are we to abide today as well?
4. Can you relate the promise given in verse 7 to being the
same as what Jesus said in chapter 14:13?
5. Give some points on bearing much fruit and by doing this
we will be His Disciples. See verse 8
6. Describe the love and the commandments that Jesus is
talking about in verse 9-10.
7. What kind of joy is Jesus talking about in verse 11? Can
it be said that this joy is in you?
8. To be Jesus friend what must we do?
9. What impressed you the most from this passage?
10. List some ways that we can apply this passage to our
lives and walk today.
