Women of the Bible
Women of Grace begins the Fall Bible Study, Women of the Bible
on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 from 9:30-11:30 A.M. and Tuesday evening from
7:00-9:00 P.M.
As we study the women of the Bible, we will consider how
intimately they were associated with the unfolding purpose of God. With the
first woman He created, there came the first promise and prophecy of His
redemptive plan for mankind. While it is sadly true that it was a woman, Eve,
who was first deceived into sin it was likewise a woman, Mary, who gave birth to
the Savior of the world.
The Bible provides vivid character sketches of women whose lives
and situations are common to women today. Women like Sarah, Rebekah, Deborah,
Hannah, Elizabetheven Jezebel and Delilahserve as models to imitate or to avoid.
When studying what the Bible says about women, we also learn
about their husbands, their children, their relatives and friends.
May God increase the number of Christian women through whom He
can draw a sin-cursed, war-weary earth nearer to Himself.

Children of
Grace
While Women of Grace are
meeting on Tuesday mornings ,
Children of Grace (COG), from
nursery to kindergarten meet to explore the Bible and learn how to love God with
all their heart, soul, mind and strength. This is done in an atmosphere of
encouragement, enjoyment and the warmth of His love. Your child will not only be
loved but love being around Judy Mix and Erica Robison
each week. The children meet during the same time the mothers meet each Tuesday
morning, from 9:30 to 11:30 A.M.
Naomi Gundersen will be
overseeing Home Schoolers needing to work on class work, from Kindergarten
through High School.
